By the way, it happens only when I use a webmail: i made several test using different webmail (Yahoo, Libero, and so on). I'm still asking myself what's the cause of this strange problem but I don't understand it. I think I heard somewhere that some webmail cannot read the whole MailEnable script, but can't say nomore. Is there anybody here can confirm and tell-me something else? How can I solve this unpleasant error? Is it my fault? Can I provide by myself? If ther's a way, of course. Thanks in advance. It has been done this way to improve performance. Reason being is that Professional and Enterprise both look at the content type of a message and do not read the entire file to see what the attachment is. So depending on what content type is given to a message it is possible that the message may result in displaying an attachment icon. There is no current workaround for this.regardsIan MargaroneMailEnable Support.
2025-03-30SUMMARY MailEnable's licensing policy.DETAIL When purchasing MailEnable, a license is granted for that major version release. i.e. 1.0, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 - 1.9For example, purchasing version 1.0 grants a license for that major release (1.x) and any minor upgrades and/or hotfixes. Of course MailEnable will release subsequent major releases with improvements to the product, and the option to upgrade the license to the next major version will be provided at a discounted cost.As such, there is no "life time" limit stipulated on MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Edition licenses and that is they are licensed to for that version (inclusive of any hotfixes or minor releases) until upgraded (by upgrading, the previous license is expired and the license for the new major version supersedes). When purchasing MailEnable, two (2) support tokens are included that are intended to be used to assist with installation and configuration of product. These tokens expire after 3 months from the purchase date. Thereafter, technical support tokens must be purchased. Note: MailEnable reserves the right to reasonably revise or change its pricing policy at any time.MORE INFORMATIONMailEnable Licensing Policy: to register MailEnable Professional or Enterprise Edition?: FAQ: an updated license key for a new server or server configuration: Product:MailEnable (Pro-Any Pro-1.X Ent-Any Ent-1.X) Article:ME020178 Module:General Keywords:licensing, register, license, key, licence, code, policy, upgrades, licencing Class:INF: Product Information Revised:Wednesday, May 4, 2016 Author: Publisher:MailEnable
