Android screencast

Be pretty cool if the client could record the screencast too. I bought BBQScreen, because other screencast/recorder apps (like Screencast Video Recorder from Media Solutions) do not work on the GNex, since they all use the framebuffer method (which is known not to work on GNex). BBQScreen works, but cannot record (yet) the screencast into a video. Due to the way it works (puts enormous load on the CPU if scale is set to 100% to keep the original HD resolution), I do not expect the BBQScreen Android app to be able to record the screencast locally (on the phone). But the Mac/Windows/Linux client could do it pretty easily. Even now I can do it using some 3rd party Mac screenrecorder (like iShowU), but it's a bit cumbersome. It'd be a lot more elegant if the client app had this feature built in.Thanks for a working screencast app.I hope we'll see further improvements in future versions. Previous (1.*) versions did not.As for my setup: I've got Mac OS X 10.6.8 (client) and Galaxy Nexus with stock Android 4.2.2.I've a few observations though:The Mac OS X client has no version number (the Version field says "Created by Qt/QMake"). Probably it'd be helpful in debugging if people could tell you which client they're using.The BBQScreen Android app says it's v2.0.0, but the APK's version number is 2.0.2 (the latter is the correct one).The Mac client app freezes sometimes if I set the scale in the Android app to 100%. And in this case the screencast lags on the Mac client too, but I guess the current state of the Android app cannot keep up on my GNex with the load. Allow the transmission of the full/original experience (720x1280 with 20-30 fps).The Mac client shows totally bogus FPS values (above a thousand 1000 ... even if I enable HD processing in the Mac client and set the scale to 100% in the Android app ... the screencast is lagging, but the Mac client shows an FPS value way above 1000).Imho these are minor issues and I'm looking forward to new versions and bugfixes.
