The 'CopperheadOS' branding itself is trademarked. Derivatives should come up with their own project name and globally replace 'CopperheadOS' with 'NewProjectName' if they're being distributed. They should state that they use code based on CopperheadOS / ported from CopperheadOS but shouldn't claim to actually be CopperheadOS itself.
