Loads Page To open the Loads page, click LOADS in the top menu bar.This page is also known as the Find Loads page. The Status drop-down list allows you to filter loads. Select one or morestatus values and click Apply. (The default view is all loads but we recommend that you apply filters to save time and focus on the loads that are important to you.) The Parameters field filters loads by an optional loadnumber, BOL number, or attribute that you enter. Click Apply. To view more filters, click More Filters and enter your filter criteria. Click Apply. Filters are similar to search criteria. For example, to search the Loads page for delivery locations in Florida, select theDestination drop-down list box, select FL from the list, and click the Apply button. The list of loads shows only destinations in Florida.All other loads are hidden or excluded from your current view of the Loads page. To remove all filters, click Clear Filters. To close or hide the additional filters area, click Less Filters. To sort the resulting list of loads, click a column header. For example, sort by Shipping or Delivery dates, Destination location, Broker, or Driver. Click the column name again to toggle the sort order from ascending (A-Z) to

Only for brokers. To add attributes to a load, click the +Attribute button, select fields and values from thedialog box, and click Add. The Load Tracking toggle is visible only if breadcrumbs and load tracking are enabled in the TFXServer Administration tool. To save a new load, click the Save Load button near the top of the page. View a Load In the top menu bar, click LOADS. In some configurations, you might click FIND LOADS. On the Loads page, enter optional filters to find the loads you want and then click anywhere in the row for a load. The Load Detailspage displays the BOL, Origin, Destination, and Driver. A mapwith pickup and drop off locations appears at right. On the Trip Information tab, the Pick Up and Drop Off locations are shown along with any other stops. The Shipment Information tab shows the stops, BOL, order, and package information. Edit a Load To edit an available load, click the three vertical dots at the far right of a row on the Loadspage, and select Edit from the drop-down list. The Load Details page is used to add new shipments to the load, modify load data, and modify Pick Up and DropOff locations. To move a Pick Up or Drop Off location if you have multiple stops, click the down arrow or up arrow. To change a Stop, click the edit icon to open the Change Stop page. Make any changes necessary and then click the Update stop for all

Finder? On the load details screen, there is a map of the route. What types of freight are on NextLOAD®? Most of the available freight on NextLOAD is general freight, but brokers and shippers can post special loads if available. You can find cargo van loads, reefer loads, flatbed loads, auto hauler loads, heavy hauler loads, hot shot loads, hopper loads and many other types of freight for different equipment. Use the "Equipment" search filter to select various types of freight and narrow your search. How do I check credit? If a broker or shipper has established credit with Apex Capital, a freight factoring company, a small blue chevron will appear in the "credit" column. To get more detailed credit information, become an Apex client. How fast are new loads available on NextLOAD®? Newly available loads are automatically updated in near real-time. Unlike other load boards, we don't charge you extra for this feature. Do loads get removed from NextLOAD®? Yes. We take loads down every night that expired that day, so you don't have to worry about irrelevant loads cluttering up the list. Loads listed might already be booked, but we do allow the broker or shipper to manage posted loads and remove them. Why are rates not listed with every load? Not every broker or shipper puts a rate with the available loads they post because they want you to call them directly to negotiate a rate and determine if you want to haul the freight for them. What if I forget my NextLOAD® password? On the Sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?" below the password box. Enter your email address and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. How many people can use my account? There is one account per email address. We cannot create multiple users per email account. With different email addresses, you can create as many free freight searching accounts as you would like! What does “age” mean on each load? The age of an available load is how long ago the load was posted to NextLOAD. Available loads refresh in near real-time, so the age will go from seconds to minutes, hours, days, weeks and months. (Application & Benefits)Cold forging is an efficient process for the production of lighter components, such as nuts, bolts and screws.Cold forging takes place at a temperature below the recrystallization temperature of a metal, oftentimes at or near room temperature. Since cold forging is often conducted at much lower temperatures than hot or warm forging, there is a greater resistance to deformation by the workpiece in this process. Therefore, this process typically requires intermediate annealing steps in-between the deformation of the workpiece to minimize strain hardening during the forging process. Annealing is a process that strengthens a workpiece by heating it and then allowing it to slowly cool down in order to remove internal stresses. Since the temperature of the cold forging process is near the hardening temperature of the workpiece, scale formation due to reactions with atmospheric gases is not an issue in this method.
