Flicker feather, it signifies the presence of light and inspiration. It reminds us to ignite our passions and pursue our dreams with enthusiasm.1) Guidance The Northern Flicker feather represents guidance and intuition. Flickers are woodpeckers, which tap into trees to find insects – this signifies tapping into inner wisdom. Finding a Flicker feather means you are being called to pay close attention to the subtle signs, synchronicities, and inner promptings you are receiving. It is a reminder to trust your instincts and listen to your inner voice for direction and insight. Stay receptive to messages from spirit guides, ancestors, and the Universe. The Flicker feather reminds you that you have an inner navigation system guiding you if you learn to listen.2) Change When a Northern Flicker feather appears, it often signals winds of change coming your way. As flickers drum upon tree trunks, their presence heralds shifting rhythms and seasons. The feather reminds you to prepare for changes approaching in your life. While change can be challenging, the Flicker brings an energy of adaptability and resourcefulness. This feather encourages you to move with the flow of change rather than resist it. View change as an opportunity for new growth and transformation. Be flexible, willing to shift directions, and align yourself with the new path unfolding ahead. Change is inevitable, so see it as a doorway to new possibilities.3) Joy The Northern Flicker feather radiates playful, cheerful energy and is a reminder to embrace joy in your life. As a woodpecker, the flicker announces its presence with enthusiastic drumming and loud calls. Its black and red dotted plumage resembles happy laughter. When you find a Flicker feather, it’s a sign to take life a bit less seriously and nurture more lightness and amusement. Make room for wholesome play, follow activities that spark your spirit, and relish laughter with loved ones. Joy restores your spirit and renews your vitality. Let the Flicker feather be a reminder to smile, have fun, and appreciate the happy moments each day offers.4) Community The Northern Flicker feather signifies the importance of community and connecting with others. In the Free Version of Resolve 16.1 (BlackMagic say about 10%) including De-flicker! It is not a question of watermark or not. If I try to access this - a message comes up saying "this feature only available on Paid Version ie Studio - do you wish to pay now" I did try camera at various settings - discovered that problem was probably due varying the LED dimmer to match celluloid film scene and quality ie frequency of LED was being varied. Since I have 60 hours of celluloid - I really do not wish to repeat with different LED/camera! Would still love to hear from (1) anyone who has successfully used De-flicker in Resolve 16 to remove horizontal strobe bands in post???? re how good it was etc(2) If it is do-able, I will purchase Resolve Studio 16 since I would get many more features than in Free Version Uli Plank Website Posts: 25296Joined: Fri Feb 08, 2013 2:48 amLocation: Germany and Indonesia Sat Mar 07, 2020 12:39 am If you put up a short test clip I can try it for you. An alternative might be Neatvideo, which also works with the free version. I got both, so I can try them. Until today, one of the two always fixed my issues, like from off-speed lighting in scenes, but I never tried them on film transfers. Transfer projectors use a 5 blade shutter than a 3 or 4 blade. Just about all of the flicker is gone, depending on your film speed. The problem with that idea is that all de-flicker algorithms use before-and-after pixels to judge how to correct and how much to correct. If there's a lot of movement in the shot (particularly horizontal movement), you will see "smearing" artifacts in the image. This is true with both Flicker-Free and OFX DeFlicker.I had a case last year where we had a case of "rolling hum bars" in the image from bad florescent lights encountered by our client in a room for a few minutes. DeFlicker could not solve that problem, but Flicker Free did. It didn't reduce the problem completely, but it eliminated enough of the problem to help the shots go from "unusable" to "barely OK," which is all we needed for this project. Be warned that Digital Anarchy's Flicker-Free is $149, so you'll have to decide if it's worth the expense. That can work... to a point.
