Permissions and credits Changelogs Donations SummaryAdjust the maximum damage resistance cap and minimum bleedthrough on damage threshold, in order to improve the effectiveness of armor when using mods like Realistic Weapon Damages or (preferably) BLEED.The Damage Resistance cap is now 90, which means that DR can now reduce up to 90% of damage, as opposed to 85% in the vanilla game. This is similar to Fallout 1 & 2.Damage Threshold has been changed more drastically. In vanilla Fallout: New Vegas, DT can, at the most, reduce damage to 20% of it's original value. If you were hit with a weapon that did 20 damage, you would take at least 4 damage, even with 20 DT. This meant that armor, especially with Realistic Weapon Damages, was not able to stop enough damage for it to be particularly useful.I have adjusted the value to 1%. A 20 damage weapon now has a much more reasonable minimum damage of 0. This will make armor much more useful, for you and NPC"s. It took a while, and a couple of dollars, but I achieved the effect I was going for, and I think it turned out pretty well.PS: All of this was done on my LG G3. I have never owned an I-Phone, and I have no idea if any of this is possible on your device. All I know is that it will work on Android devices.{ How to get it }Here, I'll list the apps I used to create it. I won't go into full detail, because all of the apps provide great tutorials themselves.The majority of this look (from the widgets, the background, and most of everything else) comes from an app called Pip-Tec Green. This is the paid version, but you can get Pip-Tec Free (for free, duh. It comes with FO3 Pip-Boy green instead of FO4 green, and you don't get as many widgets.) as well as Pip-Tec Blue, Pip-Tec White, and Pip-Tec Amber (FO4 power armour Pip-Boy colour).This app was incredible - my infinite thanks go out to the designer, Nate Wren. It's easy to use, has SO many app icons, and the widgets are great.Of course, to use it, you'll have to download a launcher. I prefer Nova Launcher (free).You'll have to mess around with settings a bit, and here are the things I switched from default in Nova{ Settings I changed (for Green) }-Switched the grid to 5×5 to get enough space to neatly fit all my
