Let’s jump in and find out!About a week ago, I reported on discussion on the possibility of Godzilla collaborating with both Rocket League and Fortnite due to the presence of Monarch’s logo in one of the teasers for Rocket League’s new season. Since then, trailers for both game’s next season of content are out and we can now say confidently that the Monsterverse is only collaborating with one of these games. This makes sense, since reasonably you would want to stagger these out so as not to spread things out too thin. With all that said, let’s take a look at the trailer for the Monsterverse’s first crossover with Epic Games! Before I launch into my patented “Ethan compares the actual reveal of information to things they speculated/what they saw with their scarily accurate foresight *smug*”, we need to go over and talk about what exactly the collab will entail, as the community have already pretty much worked a lot of it out. King Kong, as well as Godzilla, were spotted in the copyrights for the trailer likely meaning everyone’s favourite wonder of the world will likely also be making their Fortnite debut alongside their big screen costar.Very soon.. this meme will be real!As well as skins, the large Godzilla we see in the trailer will roam the map as a boss, similar to past seasons having a giant Dr. Doom do the same. Supply crates will be Monarch themed and, I would imagine that as well as a King Kong/Godzilla scale pickaxe like the one in the movie, there may be gun skins themed on Monarch as well. Is never shrinking. Planning routes is more simplistic. In Pocket Planes it costs money to fly somewhere. This might be more accurate in the real world, but it makes the planning process longer. In the end, I only care about the profit margin from each thing I’m transporting. I do enjoy more expansive/complex strategy games, but this game is on mobile so if you can make it easier to play then it’s usually best to do so. It’s all about routes, not who has the best train type. In Pocket Trains each train type has a different set of stats. Some are very fast but don’t hold much fuel, and others might have a larger towing capacity but are very slow. There are routes that work better for certain train types and it’s up to the player to figure that out. On the surface, players won’t recognize this but it’s these layers of complexity over a simple set of actions that makes Pocket Trains a much better game. Building a network and using the right trains for proper routes is crucial. 2. Can’t Buy Specific Trains In Pocket Planes players can purchase plane parts in order to “build” new planes at a discount, but there’s also the option to just buy the plane already built. Having the option to buy the planes instantly devalued them to me. There’s no scarcity or nothing special about those planes if you don’t need to work for them. You can buy planes parts… …or skip it and just purchase planes. I believe NimbleBit realized this and that’s why you can’t purchase pre-built trains in Pocket Trains. Players need to collect crates and use “bux” (premium currency) to open them. This makes even paying players work for special train types and it also helps drain player’s premium currency, but NimbleBit is also generous with the premium currency so they’re not being greedy about it. I need more special crates to finish these trains! Perhaps I should buy some. 🙂 3. More Currency Types Like in previous NimbleBit games there are coins and bux for the standard and premium currencies. However, NimbleBit also added “crates” and “special crate” IAP options. Players come by regular crates pretty often, but special crates are rare and require a large amount of coins to purchase. This is a great accompanying IAP option to bux because bux are required in order to open crates. If I spend $5 on 50 special crates then I’ll likely also need some bux to help open that many crates. Adding complementary IAP options like this will greatly increase your odds to persuade players into repeat purchasers. I bought some special crates… And needed some bux

Honestly, there is nothing to add. You spend stuff, you get stuff. And the stuff doesn’t get repeated (other than coins, gems, sparks and materials) so you’re not gonna get the same upgrade for an accessory thus wasting your currency.Still disappointed that you cannot get characters from this crate business. @datguygamer it’s possible to get characters from golden crates, they are currently legendary drops. You can also overpower your characters via golden crates! @lewie4 Wait so I am currently missing Nemesis Prime, Acidstorm and that new character. So I can win all three from the Gold crates? So far all that I have got regarding characters are Overpowers but not entirely new ones.Also please can you pass this info to the devs to not have a limit to the coin crates and have upgrades to Energonicons now (because why not)? That limit ruins the fun of using up my millions of coins which I do not need at the moment.One last thing, what is the max level for accessories now? @lewie4 not sure if it is just a timing issue. But it’s a bit dissapointing that I can’t finish today’s daily challengers (open 5 crates) unless I spend 1000 gems. Both my steel crate options (1 or 10) are saying I need to wait 23 hours….so I think that means I would have to spend 200 gems x 5?This doesn’t seem right??Just did 10 steel crates in one of them was a rare 3 star item which was 100 tokens but in the same lot of 10 I got an uncommon 2 star item which was 130 tokens. Reached the limit the reset time was 16 hours away. 18 hours later when I hit the limit again the reset time was was 30 hours away. Unless you live somewhere other then earth (cybertron?) there are only 24 hours in a day from which to choose from. The reset time is also apparently 08:00 UTC instead of the usual 00:00??? @cougron you typed wrong his name it’s lewie4 and not lewis4 ;) @cougron we’ve taken a look into this today but cannot reproduce it. (I like that it can shoot in straight line) Also GoldBrick energonicon isn’t working as it was before like in 1.29 or older versions. Meaning with 3 energon cubes charged can’t multiply the coins as it was doing in the past. Also i see that the game in 1.2xxxxwas giving way more money in each node than the new 1.30x i played a same node side by side with my two iPhones and i see that the money was way to less at 1.30 version compare the 1.2xxx older versions 1.29 that i used to compare the new one. @lewie4I have the same issue. It makes impossible for me to complete the daily quest.How many Open 10 Steel crates can you open per day?No matter the number, all you have to do is leave 1 lot unopened at midnight local time so you are able to fulfill the daily quest of 5 crates the following day.Yay! My chests reset at 00:00UTC despite saying they still had 8 hours. I was able to complete the questMine reset as well even though it said five more hours.
