Is that what you get when you swipe to the right to see the search and widgets, or when you swipe downwards from a home screen? If you are opening Google in Safari and see this, it is because it is integrated into Google's apps. You would have to check with Google support to see if there is a way to turn that off. Today when I used google (on Firefox version 104.0.2 on Ubuntu 18.04) the image search is defaulting to Google Lens, which is totally unusable.
