I can t see my mouse

I can launch Synapse 3 but it doesn t see my Naga Pro or Pro V2 mouse. I ve tried the USB Dongle and Bluetooth. If I reboot in Windows using Boot Camp there s no problem. Presumably the issue is that the mouse is available to both Windows and macOS and Synapse can t see the mouse. Am I missing something obvious? Any suggestions?
