We are able to get it working in a basic way, but none of the customisations we have made are shown. Is there anything we can do to get the customisation working?ThanksGreg support Posts: 1503 Joined: Sun Jan 27, 2008 6:19 pm Re: Support for Firefox on Mac Post by support » Wed Mar 11, 2009 6:27 pm Which customizations did you do ? JavaScript ? We support both Firefox and Safari under MacOSX. Some customers reported issue under old Firefox/MacOSX 10.4 but most was releated to JavaScript cross-browser support. Please let me know. waiter Posts: 3 Joined: Wed Mar 11, 2009 10:13 am Re: Support for Firefox on Mac Post by waiter » Fri Mar 27, 2009 2:33 pm Sorry - I may have posted this in the wrong place. We're using j batch upload - we're using the JBatchUpload "skin" for the applet. When we load the applet in FF (3.0.7) on mac (10.4.11) it seems not to read the customised properties file we've used for the interface. Thanks waiter Posts: 3 Joined: Wed Mar 11, 2009 10:13 am Re: Support for Firefox on Mac Post by waiter » Mon Mar 30, 2009 10:39 am Yeah, I can access the properties file in FF on Mac.The applet loads fine (with the modified properties) in IE7, FF3 on windows and safari on Mac.Thanks support Posts: 1503 Joined: Sun Jan 27, 2008 6:19 pm Re: Support for Firefox on Mac Post by support » Mon Mar 30, 2009 4:48 pm I guess there is a problem with applet declaration in the JavaScript with FireFox. It might be a cross-browser issue with Javascript. Is it possible to have a remote desktop session with you so I could see what's wrong ? If so then drop and email to support(at)jfileupload(dot)com
