On the older units (such as mine) there is no way to alter the VU from the rear.I emailed Warm Audio and am happy to report that they responded almost immediately. I need a new diode to prevent the VU being altered by changes to the Release knob, and a new pcb board fitted (including an alteration to the rear panel) to allow for manual calibration of the unit. Sonically, the unit is fine, but I really want the meter to be working correctly, and I'm happy to pay to get these issues sorted.
