I was not impressed at being dispensed with all Bank of England notes on two separate occasions. I live in Scotland, not England, though as white Scottish people appear to be becoming a bit of a minority these days, I shouldn't be surprised. Maybe someone from M&S can explain why this happened if they bother to read these reviews!They don’t even warrant one star. I would give them -10 stars. Don’t even contemplate an m and s credit card. I’ve been with them for years and they allowed a fraudulent Apple Pay account to be set up on my credit card. They allowed 7 repetitive transactions of £199.99 to be made one after the other without question or raising a red flag. I contacted them and they cancelled my card and sent a new one but automatically linked it to a fraudulent account which was under investigation and a subsequent fraudulent transaction was made before I even received the new card. Their communication skills are non existent, their staff are either incompetent or blatant liars giving wrong information. I’m having to hold myself in check or else I would be swearing at these imbeciles. AVOID,AVOID,AVOID. M&S Credit Card Section 75 are incompetent and take over 12 months to look at a complaint, they are not interested and only want your money. Don’t think you have protection by using your credit card as they do not want to give a refund and they make the whole process as difficult as they can in the hope that you’ll give up. I have been a customer for 25 years and the one time I need assistance they don’t give it. I will not be using M&S Bank Credit Card ever again. Swerve the car insurance. They charged me £25 to remove a driver from my policy and another £25 for an address change
