However, before doing the factory reset, I noticed that when I tried to check for a firmware update, it was unable to connect to the Netgear Server because there was no internet connection detected. Similarly, I ran into the same issue after I completed the factory reset, it was still unable to connect to the Netgear Server for the same reason. Which doesn't make any sense to me because I'm currently connected to the internet via ethernet cable. I'm not sure what's going on here. Are the Netgear
