Here. What size are your wallpaper rolls? Our wallpaper rolls are 2 feet, or 24 inches, wide. Not all of our wallpapers repeat every roll - our large-scale patterns may repeat every second or third roll. Large-scale patterns will have numbered panels, so you can be sure to install them in the correct order. --> Do you offer traditional pasted wallpaper? Yes. You'll want to order our glissade material. Do your panels overlap? Our Smooth and Woven materials overlap by 1 inch to aid in aligning each panel. Our Glissade is a butt-join and meets end-to-end. Do you have an installation video I can watch? We do! You can view our how-to video and installation tips here. --> Can you color-match any major paint brands? Regrettably, we can't color-match any paint brands. However, with any sample order, you have the option to order a sample of large swatches so you can determine the best color for your space. What is the vertical repeat of a given pattern? We don't have a standard vertical repeat, and some of our patterns don't repeat vertically at all. If you have questions on a specific template, please contact us. How big are your rolls? Unlike most companies, we don't sell our wallpaper in rolls. Instead, orders are fulfilled in panels. Each panel has a finished size of 24 inches and will range in height from 3 feet tall to 12 feet tall. How much is each panel? Each panel is priced by the square

• Peel & stick and pre-pasted materials are considered removable. Non-pasted material is considered traditional and designed to stay on for longer periods of time.• Wallpaper will not stick nicely to highly textured walls. The most allowable texture is ‘orange peel’. We cannot guarantee the wallpaper will stay on a textured wall or if applied to anything other than walls.• Order full wallpaper at once rather than ordering a piece and coming back for more. The color variation may occur due to large volume print, as the new piece will come from a different batch.• Seam will be present after the wallpaper is applied. We print with an overlap of about 0.5” to allow for a repeat of the pattern across the wall.• Each wallpaper is custom printed to order. Due to the custom nature of each product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.• Peel & Stick and Non-Pasted Traditional materials will work best for a bathroom.• Use of primer for walls is optional. Preparation1. Make sure the surface is smooth and cleanRemove any old paint or wallpaper that is coming off. Clean the sur- face and apply ller where necessary. If the surface is porous, please apply a primer/mist coat or prepaste before papering. Porous surfaces include skimmed walls, walls with old wallpaper, particle board or similar. If you hang our premium murals on a dense surface that does not absorb moisture, it may take several days for the paste to dry, as our premium papers are not as breathable as our standard ones. You should also prime the surface if it has bright colours that could show through the wall mural.2. Mix wallpaper paste from Happywall (not included)Fill a clean bucket with 4 litres (1 US gallon) of lukewarm water and slowly add the paste powder while stirring briskly. Leave the paste to stand for 5 minutes and stir again. The paste is now ready to use. The paste should be nice and thick, so don’t use more than 4 litres (1 US gallon) of water when mixing. If you do add more, the wallpaper may not fix properly. One bag is enough for around 20-22 m≤. If you are using ready-mixed wallpaper paste, use a paste for non-woven wallpaper or one for woven wallpaper with Hanging1. Check the wallpaperBefore hanging, make sure no panels are missing and none have any defects or damage. The panels are numbered at the top in the order they should be hung. Hang from left to right.2. Make sure the panels are hung straightIt is vital that the first panel is hung straight. It is a good idea to draw vertical markings one panel width (50 cm) in from the corner usinga spirit level, a measuring tool and a pencil. Use the markings as a guide to hang the first panel. Make sure the markings are faint so they don’t show through the wall mural.3. Apply the paste directly to the wallUse a roller or a brush. It’s important to cover the whole area with paste – an unpasted spot will create a blister in the wall mural. Apply the paste approximately one panel width in advance.4. Hang the panels edge to edgeThe panels should not overlap. Take care to press the panels together firmly at the seams – use a seam roller for the best results.
