Because I got so many requests asking for this and I shared with pretty much everyone that asked politely in my Nexus or Discord DMs (which, by the way, I only requested that they kept it for personal use until I released it myself). Second, I said as a joke that I'd release this before CyberPunk 2077 came out if someone gave it to me and a friend actually did it (the madlad), they didn't ask for the preset in return but of course I shared it with them anyway :). Third, I've been kinda burned out of FO4 modding and screenshotting in general, so I figured that I might as well release it. I'll probably still take a couple pics every now and then and the occasional YouTube video, either for my channel or F34R's.Q: What's the armor, weapons, etc. used in screenshots?A: Armors are most likely something private by friends, those may or may not be released in the future, it's not up to me, sorry. If you want I've released a couple things of my own on my Discord server, nothing too fancy though. Weapons are from FX0x01, if unreleased you can probably find it in his Patreon.Q: Why is the file size so big?A: I've included all mods listed under CREDITS, similarly to what navy5465 did to his presets, this should make it more convenient for users to download the preset and get it working right straight away. You can always download the "preset only" version and everything else yourself, but I don't recommend that if you want it to look just like in my images. Besides mods listed I have a few extras, such as: edits to materials, thicker eyebrow textures, eye cubemap, edited specular for the face texture, hair retexture that also keeps eyebrows dark, alternative textures for LMNSOverlays (if you have that mod installed), etc.Q: Will you release more presets?A: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯On a side note, the side profile sucks, I kinda fixed it around March, but it is still wack. That's half the reason I didn't release this earlier kek.

Now then:-I completely missed baraka's suggestion for downloading Discord via wget! So; I put my considering cap on, and did some experimenting. You can download both .deb AND tarball manually. You can successfully extract both manually, and replace the main 'discord' directory, manually......all through the terminal. However, you can't script it! When scripting for the tarball, for some inexplicable reason it downloads the deb package instead.....and neither gunzip OR 'ar' will work with it, because it ends up as a weird mish-mash of the two. Similarly, when scripting for the .deb package, it complains that it can't extract it, because it's not a 'proper' .deb package..... So, all things considered, GMBudwrench's suggestion about d/l'ing the tarball, unzipping it and manually swapping the contents over IS my recommended option for this particular use-case.---------------------------------------------------------The .deb package has a specific version number for every new release. Likewise the tarball, so this makes it hard to script for at my level. The only reason the Chrome, Iron & Zoom updaters work for me at all is that these three apps all provide a download that is simply a name, with NO version attached.Chrome - google_chrome_current_stable-amd64.debIron - iron64.debZoom - zoom.debAnd this name never changes. AFAIK, you can work around the version-number issue, but I then need to learn stuff like sed, awk, cut, etc. I haven't GOT that far yet, guys. Ya gotta bear with me on this stuff.....my scripting is a slow, steady journey, and we don't all take things in at the same speed, either..!Mike.
