I have a feedback on the translated versions of this, you simply download an appropriate Vista language pack, extract it and find the MUI files for Movie Maker and add them to the installation folder...

Windows Live Movie Maker just doesn't cut it for me. There was builds of Movie Maker 1.1 included with Whistler betas when Whistler wasnt too much different from 2000. It may also be possible to port version 2.0, the last version before SP2 for XP came out. Upgrading 2000 to WMP 9 and then transferring the files over would be the best way to test it since it may rely on the newer WMP codecs.For FLP it should be possible to transfer the latest XP version to FLP since it is essentially XP. I imagine just transferring the folder and registering the DLL files will work.EDIT: It looks like Movie Maker 1.1 works on Windows 2000.
